    Custom baskets typically take approximately 2 to 5 weeks to weave and ship, depending on the size, complexity, design and quantity of the order.

  4. Shipped to You

    Once your order is completed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirming shipment, with tracking information where available.

Will my piece look exactly like my reference?

Because handmade pieces are individually made, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, pattern and dimensions are natural and part of their character.

Can I make changes after placing a custom order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Because custom pieces are made specifically for your order, changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation eligibility will depend on whether production has begun or the item has already been dispatched.

Do you ship custom orders worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Unless otherwise stated, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

Can I place a large or bulk custom order?

Yes. We accept larger orders depending on production capacity and your required timeline. Please contact us in advance so we can discuss quantities, production and shipping. Businesses can also explore our Wholesale and Hospitality programs.
