At Safi Label, our baskets are individually handmade by skilled artisans using traditional weaving techniques. Each piece takes time to create, and we want to give our weavers the time needed to complete every basket with care and attention to detail.

Production Time

Please allow approximately 6–12 days for your basket to be woven and prepared for shipment.

Because each piece is handmade, production times may occasionally vary depending on the design, size, complexity or order volume.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, please allow approximately 5–12 business days for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Handmade Pieces

Every Safi Label basket is individually woven by hand. Slight variations in weave, shape, colour and dimensions are part of the handmade nature of each piece and make every basket unique.

We do not rush the weaving process, as we want every piece to reflect the craftsmanship and skill of the artisan who created it.

Custom Orders

Custom, oversized, or specially commissioned pieces may require additional production time. An estimated timeline will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet our estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, customs processing, weather, peak shipping periods or other circumstances outside our control.

If there is a significant delay while your order is being prepared, we will do our best to keep you updated.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country unless otherwise stated.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
